Ingredients & Formulas
What Goes Into Our Formulas
The vitamins and minerals for men in this range are listed with the form we use, what each one is normally associated with, and where the label stops short. Judge the ingredients. Nothing here is ranked.
Ingredients are the part you can actually judge
This page explains the vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts used across the Kuat Alami range, what each one is normally associated with, and the form we use. It does not rank ingredients as good or bad, and it does not repeat claims we cannot support.
Vitamin D3
D3, the form the body makes
Vitamin D supports normal bone, muscle, and immune function, and it is one of the nutrients most often low in people who spend daylight hours indoors. In Indonesia, sun exposure is plentiful but often happens early or late, and clothing and work hours reduce skin synthesis.
Our formulas use vitamin D3, the form the body produces from sunlight. Amounts stay within commonly used daily ranges. If you already take a separate vitamin D product or a prescribed high dose, check the total before adding another.
Ask about a specific ingredient
Zinc
More is not better
Zinc is involved in immune function, wound healing, and normal testosterone levels, which is why it appears in men's formulas more than in general ones. Long-term intake above the upper limit can interfere with copper absorption, so more is not better.
Our range uses zinc in a form chosen for absorption with food. If you take a multivitamin and a targeted formula together, add the two zinc amounts and compare against the label's reference intake before deciding it is fine.
Magnesium and B-complex
The two that carry the energy and endurance formulas
Magnesium
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to reducing tiredness, and many adults fall short of the recommended intake. It appears in our energy formula and in the sleep and recovery capsules. Different forms behave differently: some are better absorbed, others have a laxative effect at higher doses. We state the form on the label. If you have kidney problems, speak to a doctor before taking magnesium supplements, because the kidneys regulate how much is retained.
B-complex vitamins
B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, and folate all play roles in normal energy metabolism, which is why they anchor the energy and endurance formula. They do not create energy; they help the body use the food you eat. B vitamins are water-soluble, so excess is mostly excreted, but that is not a reason to take very high doses indefinitely. Our amounts sit in the range typically used in daily supplements rather than in high-dose therapeutic products.
What we leave out
If it is not stated, it is not in the formula
No proprietary blends that hide individual amounts. No ingredients banned for sale in Indonesia. No added stimulants, and no caffeine in the energy formula. No artificial colors used purely to make a capsule look distinctive.
We also avoid wording that describes nothing specific. If an ingredient is included, the label states its amount per serving. That holds for every product in the range, including the natural capsules for strength and vitality.
How we select our formulasVitamin C and plant extracts
A moderate daily amount, taken consistently
Vitamin C
Vitamin C supports normal immune function and contributes to collagen formation, which is why it appears in the joint and mobility tablets and the immune formula. The body absorbs less as the dose rises, so a moderate daily amount taken consistently is more sensible than a large single dose.
Our formulas use a standard ascorbic acid or mineral ascorbate form, stated on the label. If you take it with iron, vitamin C can improve iron absorption, which is useful if iron is low.
Plant-derived extracts
Several formulas include extracts with a long record of traditional use in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We name the plant and the part used, and we state the extract ratio where the supplier provides it.
Traditional use is not the same as clinical proof, and we do not present it as such. Where the evidence for an extract is thin or mixed, we say so on the product page. If you have a plant allergy, check the full ingredient list before use.
Mineral forms and absorption
The form on the label changes what you get
The form of a mineral affects how well it is absorbed and how it sits with your stomach. Zinc oxide, zinc citrate, and zinc bisglycinate are not interchangeable at the same dose. The same applies to magnesium oxide versus magnesium citrate.
We list the specific form for each mineral so you can compare products honestly. If a competing label hides this behind a proprietary blend, treat that as a missing detail rather than a neutral choice.

A label you can read in two minutes
- Start with the serving size, so every amount that follows has a base.
- Compare each nutrient's amount against the reference intake percentage printed beside it.
- Check the ingredient form and any allergen note before you decide.
- Read the warnings last: interactions, upper limits, and who should not take the product.
A label doing its job does not need a second pass. If anything is ambiguous, email us with the batch number and we will check the supplier documentation.
Supplier checks and batch records
What we hold, and what we do not
We ask suppliers for specification sheets, allergen statements, and country-of-origin details for each raw material. Batch records let us trace a finished container back to the ingredient lots used.
We do not publish certification logos we cannot substantiate, and we do not describe the range as clinically tested. If you need a specific document for a product you bought, contact us and we will tell you what we hold and what we do not.

What visitors ask before choosing
Short answers on stacking products, mineral forms, and what a supplement can reasonably do in a healthy lifestyle.
Can I take two Kuat Alami formulas on the same day?
Usually yes, but add the overlapping nutrients before you do. Zinc and magnesium appear in more than one product, so total the amounts across everything you take and compare them against the reference intake printed on each label.
Do these replace food or a balanced routine?
No. These are dietary supplements intended to fill gaps in a routine that already includes regular meals, movement, and sleep. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Why does the mineral form matter so much?
Because your body handles each form differently. A citrate and an oxide at the same milligram amount are not the same product on the shelf or in your stomach. That is why we print the form on the label instead of a generic mineral name.
Are the plant extracts clinically proven?
We do not describe them that way. Several of these plants have a long record of traditional use in the region, and for some of them the published evidence is thin or mixed. Where that is the case, we say so on the product page rather than smoothing it over.
Choose with the label open, not with a promise
Read the amounts, the forms, and the warnings. Then decide whether a formula fits what you already take. If something on a label is unclear, write to us and we will look it up against the batch records.
